Who we are and what we do:
G Lets London Limited is a specialist lettings agency set up in 2012 to provide temporary accommodation services to Registered Social Landlords in London.
We give people with a history of homelessness, or who are currently vulnerable to homelessness, the opportunity to secure quality and affordable accommodation. We achieve this by sourcing properties from private sector landlords and leasing them on long contracts. We then let these properties to our tenants with Secure Tenancies.
We provide our landlords with a comprehensive private sector leasing service that includes; a guaranteed monthly rent, full property management and the assurance that the property will be returned at the end of the lease in the same condition that we took it in.
We give all our tenants ongoing support to help them settle in their new home and maintain their tenancy.
G Lets London is an accredited landlord through the London Landlord Accreditation Scheme. We take pride in the standard of the properties we lease from our landlords. We strive to ensure our tenants have safe and comfortable homes to live in.
What makes us different:
G Lets London differs from other letting agencies because we are in partnership with My Social Enterprise a ‘not-for profit’ social enterprise and a number of RSLs in London.
We’re not motivated by money. At G Lets London our priority is people. We pride ourselves on the quality of service that we deliver to all our stakeholders; from landlords and tenants to investors, supporters and Local Authorities.
All of the money we make goes back to a fund that buys more of our own property so that the organisation can help more people on their journey from street to home.
