We only lease your property to Registered Housing Associations and you will be able to meet their directors to discuss your particular needs.
The Housing Association will be your tenant. They will be trusted, reliable and regulated Housing Association and you will receive, fixed, guaranteed rent, which is paid whatever happens. No longer will you have to deal with hassle from tenants. Your property will be looked after for the entire term of the agreement.
